Our community outreach programs have served over 90,000 individuals by offering health screenings for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV, hepatitis, kidney, and vision disorders. We also provide mental health and nutrition consultations, among other services, to ensure everyone has access to basic healthcare.
