The donations received by the V.K. Nyambi Foundation is consistently used for the purpose and mission of the V. K. Nyambi Foundation. The foundation will not provide advice on the tax or other treatment of gifts, but it will encourage donors to seek guidance from their professional advisers before donating.

The V.K. Nyambi Foundation accepts different types of donations, including cash, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and publicly traded securities. The acceptance of non-cash contributions will be decided at the foundation’s discretion.

Donors who meet tax requirements for donations will receive acknowledgments from the V.K. Nyambi Foundation. However, no value will be given to any non-cash donations the foundation accepts. The foundation will also respect the intent of the donor regarding their donations.

Finally, the V.K Nyambi Foundation will not compensate any third party for directing a gift or donor to the foundation through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means.
